John M. Swegheimer, 72 of Navarre passed away May 12, 2019 following period of declining health. He was born at Santa Monica,, California , the son of Ronald and Thelma Inglehart Grimes and had been adopted by Herbert and Mary Ethel Swegheimer and became a Wilmot resident. John served our country in Vietnam and received honors. He retired from AT&T and then became selfemployed by being a Handy Man Contractor. He is survived by daughter Melissa Ann Poff and two which could not be located, one brother and two living sisters and long time companion, Mary Jane Weaver. John's wishes were to be cremated with no calling hours or services. Flowers and/or memorials may be given to his daughter at 129 South Kasson St. Johnstown, Oh 43031. The family wanted to let everyone know they appreciate all of you. Some have been asking about sending meals to the family, it can be sent to 8021 Manchester Ave., Lot #17, Navarre, Oh 44662
